Our story began in 2000 when Tahnee Elliott founded T.C. Elli's in the heart of Lubbock, Texas, just across the street from Texas Tech University. What started as a local boutique quickly became a beloved shopping destination for women looking for unique styles, fashion-forward trends, and a shopping experience that felt personal.

Today, as Scarlet Road, we are proud to carry that legacy forward with a refreshed identity and the same commitment to helping women look and feel their best.
