Welcome to TC Elli's Pop-Up Opportunities!

We're thrilled you're interested in bringing your brand to our boutique in Lubbock! Pop-ups are a fun, no-fee way to connect with our community of fashion-forward shoppers, sorority sisters, Texas Tech fans, and locals. We host complementary vendors on select Saturdays (typically 11 AM – 6 PM) to add variety without competing directly with our curated women's fashion collection. Think accessories, jewelry, beauty products, handmade goods, vintage pieces, or lifestyle items that pair perfectly with our outfits—especially Greek-themed or event-ready pieces that shine during sorority weekends like Theta Mom's Weekend (April 10–12)! Let's create some shopping magic together and make events like Mom's Weekend even more special with surprise collabs, like hidden gift cards or joint styling sessions. 🌟

How It Works

  • Vendors apply below and select preferred Saturday dates (priority for spots around key events like Mom's Weekend).
  • We review for brand fit and availability (first-come, first-served).
  • Approved vendors get a dedicated space in-store, promotion on our socials (@tcellis), and cross-shopping perks with TC Elli's customers—no fees, just mutual hype!

Pop-Up Details & Guidelines

  • Dates & Hours: Saturdays only. Setup: 10-11 AM | Open: 11 AM – 6 PM | 
  • Teardown: by 6 PM. Pick your preferred date(s) in the application—we'll confirm based on our calendar (no overlaps with major events unless coordinated). Special priority for Saturdays near sorority weekends like Mom's Weekend—let us know if you're tying in with Theta or similar!
  • Space Provided: ~8x8 ft area with basic table(s), shared lighting/outlets. Bring your own racks, displays, signage, tablecloths, props, and POS system (e.g., Square).
  • Fees: None! This is a no-fee opportunity to boost your brand and ours—let's focus on fun collabs and community vibes.
  • Sales & Payments: Handle your own transactions. We can promote bundles (e.g., buy from you + get 10% off TC Elli's, or tie-ins like Mom's Weekend gift card draws). Sales tax collection is your responsibility.
  • What We Look For: Brands that complement women's fashion (no direct clothing competitors—let's chat if unsure). High-quality, unique products with professional presentation, especially those that appeal to sorority events (e.g., custom Greek jewelry or accessories for Mom's Weekend outfits).
  • Rules & Expectations:
    • Keep your area clean, organized, and on-brand.
    • No disruptive music, loud pitching, or blocking aisles.
    • Arrive on time; stay until close unless pre-approved.
    • Remove all items/merch at end of day—no overnight storage.
    • Comply with local laws (you handle permits/insurance as needed).
    • TC Elli's is not liable for lost, damaged, or stolen items—carry your own coverage if desired.
    • We reserve the right to approve, decline, or cancel any pop-up (e.g., for fit, conduct, or scheduling).

Vendor Agreement

By submitting your application and being approved, you agree to these terms: This is a non-exclusive, temporary license to use designated space at TC Elli's for the agreed date(s). No long-term tenancy is created. You agree to follow all guidelines above, promote responsibly (tag @tcellis), and indemnify TC Elli's against any claims arising from your products/activities. Changes/cancellations require 7+ days' notice. We may promote your pop-up via Instagram, stories, email, and in-store signage—you agree to cross-tag and share as able (extra points for Mom's Weekend tie-ins!).
