T.C. Elli's is an online boutique with a flagship store in the West Texas college town of Lubbock; just across the street from Texas Tech.
Founded in 2000 by Tahnee Elliott, T.C. Elli’s boutique offers the latest in fashion forward trends: cute boho outfits, boho dresses, shoes, jewelry, jumpsuits and rompers, and accessories for the honeys of Texas and beyond.
